At Honeycomb Care we are expertly trained and experienced in supporting the care of many conditions. For each client we assess the needs of their care individually, as we recognise that
every
person is different and therefore require a personalised approach when creating a care plan.
Whether you require short term care, live in care, respite care or night care, we ensure that you get the level of care required at the times you need it most.
If you present with a condition not listed above and we feel our care staff lack experience in your health needs we will ensure that they undertake training and follow up with supervision sessions to ensure that they have gained a high level of knowledge and will be competent to carry out all of the tasks required to help you to manage your condition.
